We are seeking a Full-time Technician to add to our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and communication skills. Our Licensed Technicians are encouraged to use their full skill set to help our team of doctors. We offer very competitive wages, moving allowance, vacation pay, pet care benefits, 50% coverage of medical insurance, license fees paid, uniform allowance and CE allowance. With no referrals nearby, our hospital experiences everything from daily care to advanced orthopedic procedures. Veterinarians are encouraged to develop special interests and expand their knowledge in our broad range of general practice. Experience preferred, but not required. Competitive salary and benefits including signing bonus.
Licensed and Certified Veterinary Technician
Licensed and Certified Veterinary Technicians are required to have passed all qualifications necessary for Certification and Licensing and maintain continuing education requirements. LVTs’ and CVTs’ wide range of duties include anesthesiology monitoring and assistance during surgeries, treatment and monitoring of hospitalized patients, radiography, drawing blood, laboratory work, calculating and administering medications, parasitology, and client education. Experience preferred but not required. Competitive salary and benefits.

Veterinary Technician Assistants contribute by doing basic laboratory work, animal restraint, and by assisting LVTs, CVTs, and doctors as needed. We welcome applications from individuals with and without prior technician assistance experience. Technician assistants with no experience start out as Level I Assistants, and can advance to Level III Assistants, as they gain experience in a broadening scope of responsibilities. Experience preferred but not required.

Regular duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments using our practice management software, processing payments, and maintaining medical records while adhering to strict client and patient confidentiality. Experience preferred but not required.
Kennel Technician
Kennel technicians are responsible for patient care and keeping the hospital orderly and clean. Regular duties include sweeping, mopping, exercising patients and boarders, and sterilizing equipment. Experience preferred but not required.
