Eaglecrest Ski Resort
Juneau is fortunate to have Eaglecrest, one of only two ski resorts in the state of Alaska. It is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Juneau. Eaglecrest gained notoriety during the 2011 Christmas Holiday season for having the greatest snow depth of any ski resort in the world. And, during the 2010 Christmas holiday season, Eaglecrest had the second greatest snow depth of any ski resort in the world. Southeast Alaska Animal Medical Center is a proud contributor and supporter of Eaglecrest.
