Dr. Lisa Kramer
After graduation from WSU in 1980, Dr. Kramer ventured to Juneau for what was supposed to be just a three month job. Lisa fit in so well that Drs. Lobaugh and Taylor convinced her to stay, and she became a permanent addition to the clinic. At the clinic she enjoys working with a variety of pets and her veterinary interests include ophthalmology, dermatology, internal surgery and diagnostics.
Lisa is extremely active. She enjoys biking and also spends a lot of time hiking the trails in and around Juneau; often taking her family on overnight trips to some of the Forest Service cabins. In the last several years, she has participated in the Kluane-Chilkat International Bike Relay (from Haines Junction, YT to Haines, AK) and also the Klondike Road Relay.
Lisa and her husband Glen have two sons and are very dedicated parents, helping out as much as they can at school and other organizations. They currently have two dogs, four cats (one of which is diabetic) and two snakes.
